James Setchell, Partner: Trade Mark Consultants Co.UK Trade Mark Law Recent developments and consequences for brand/ trade mark owners. James talked about recent changes to UK Trade Mark Law and practice and the consequences for brand and trade mark owners.
James is a qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney and a European Trade Mark and Designs Attorney. He has been in the trade mark profession since 1994 and has extensive experience in advising a wide range of large, medium and small companies on trade mark, registered design and copyright issues in the UK, Europe and globally. After a number of years in private practice, he worked in-house as a Trade Mark Manager for a well known international alcoholic drinks manufacturer and distributor, handling the trade mark and registered design portfolios for a number of the companys key global brands. James became a partner in Trade Mark Consultants Co. in March 2008 and is a member of the Institute Of Trade Mark Attorneys governing council. He is very active in the educational and training side of the Institutes activities.

Charlie first presented Viapost in November 2007 when the company was starting to develop its concept. Charlie gave us an update now that they have started generating revenues.

Additionally, it provides a much easier to use product for anyone with problems with their hands such as the elderly, the young, the disabled and anyone suffering with arthritis i.e. anyone who has manual dexterity issues. Butterfly have approached the development of Squeeze with Ease from observing the issues of existing tube dispenser technology in their every day work in the NHS.
GymFu was founded by Jof Arnold and Benjie Gillam to help the world get fit. The company is self-funded and the product was developed in-house, at zero cost, in the evenings and weekends.
