If you unsubscribe from our emails or withdraw your consent for us to contact you, we will still retain your information for a period of two years as a cross check to ensure that you no longer receive emails from us.
We use Mailchimp to manage our email marketing. Mailchimp stores personal information both within the EU and outside the EU. Their privacy policies for data stored outside of the EU are fully compliant with regulations pertaining to EU users. Mailchimp does not share information with third parties.

We will collect this information when you register to attend a meeting. Our use and storage of personal information is based on consent. We use personal information solely for the purposes of administering the meeting. We may send you a confirmation email and further details about the meeting. We will only share personal information with other organisations where it is necessary to administer the meeting - typically the hosts of the meeting that require attendee names for their building security purposes. We will not share email addresses with these organisations. We archive meeting attendance information 12 months after the meeting has taken place.
If you are a speaker at one of our meetings we will promote your participation via our website and on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Startup Digest and by marketing emails. External platforms may continue to store and use personal information after the event has ended.
