February 2026
Our February 2026 meeting was held at Peabody
We believe that having a safe, well-maintained and affordable home is the foundation to positive health, happiness and wellbeing.
As a not-for-profit housing association, we work with residents to help them live their lives to the full. From inclusive communities to opportunities to grow, and support when it's needed. We work closely with partners and stakeholders to bring together different views, skills and ideas. So we can deliver what really matters to our residents.
We have 108,000 homes and 220,000 residents across London and the Home Counties. We also provide care and support services for around 26,275 customers.

Guest Speaker
Sandra Roycroft-Davis Founder and Creator of the Slimpod Programme
Sandra Roycroft-Davis, founder of ThinkingSlimmer.com, is a Harley Street behavioural change specialist. Thinking Slimmer is a world leader in the use of unconscious persuasion to help people change their lifestyle and lose weight. Sandra qualified as a cognitive hypnotherapist at the Quest Institute and is an NLP Master Practitioner. She has spent years studying the psychology of eating and weight control and has lectured to American university students and recently spoke at a weight loss seminar in the House of Commons.
Thinking Slimmer is an official national partner of Change4Life, the Department of Health's lifestyle and wellbeing campaign, and is the first company in the world to commission independent clinical trials into the effectiveness of voice recordings using unconscious persuasion to help people lose weight. Significantly: 95% of people lost weight in the Slimpod clinical trials. On average each one lost 9.5 lbs. The biggest loss was 22 lbs.
After dedicating two years to intense study and hands-on work in behavioural therapy on Harley Street, Sandra identified a glaring gap in the weight management industry. Recognising the limitations of traditional dieting methods and their emotional toll, she was inspired to create something revolutionary. The Slimpod Programme was born out of a need for a more humane, effective, and psychologically sound approach to weight loss and well-being. The program offers a holistic solution to health improvement by utilising evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). To date, the programme has empowered over 200,000 individuals across 40 countries, and counting, giving them the tools they need to transform their relationship with food. The programme has been medically endorsed and is highly rated on Trustpilot, affirming its efficacy and impact. Sandra has achieved extensive press and media coverage for the Slimprod Programme including: ITV News, Times, Telegraph, Mail, Mirror and Sun.

Business Pitches
Will Hicks & Louise Thomas - Air Aware Labs
Our mission is simple: make clean air accessible to all. We use AI and real-time data to provide personalised air quality insights that protect your health. Whether you're commuting, exercising, or concerned about air quality, we help you make informed decisions and breathe cleaner, healthier air. Our flagship consumer product, AirTrack, provides personalised pollution data based on your location and activity direct to your phone or smart watch, helping you stay safe and reduce exposure. Available as an App for individuals and for business through wellbeing platforms such as: Heka, HealthKey, and our AirAware API.
Pollution is responsible for 8 million deaths annually and costs the global economy $8 trillion. Invisible particles in polluted air penetrate deep into our lungs, heart, blood, and brain. It causes respiratory diseases, heart conditions, and reduced athletic performance, and it shortens life expectancy. AirTrack fills the gap in personalised insights to mitigate this significant threat to health and productivity. It is used by over 2800 people worldwide, who have logged over 260,000 activities, giving Air Aware Labs unique insights into pollution exposure and the link to health outcomes.

Samir Rahimy - DataRewire
DataRewire is being built with the vision of becoming a global data hub, starting with the jewellery industry. Jewellery is a $400Bn global market experiencing rapid growth driven by e-commerce, omnichannel retail, and cross-border sales. Yet the industry is constrained by a fundamental problem: product data. Jewellery data is complex: materials, stones, variants, certifications and fragmented across ERPs, inventory systems, marketplaces, and websites. Today, it is largely managed manually and poorly localized for international markets. This results in slow time-to-market, high operational costs, inconsistent listings, and lost international revenue.
DataRewire is an AI-native product data management and distribution platform, purpose-built for jewellery. It cleans, normalizes, enriches, localizes, and distributes product data and digital assets across all sales and operational channels from one centralized system. Despite being pre-launch, DataRewire is in active discussions with industry participants, building a pipeline of early adopters and receiving verbal validation of the need from major ecosystem players such as eBay.
Our differentiation lies in jewellery-specific intelligence, AI-native automation, multilingual capability from day one, and a global-by-design architecture replacing fragmented, manual, and outdated workflows with a scalable data foundation as a single and intelligent source of truth.

Charlotte Chadwick - Pharmalocity
Pharmalocity is a curated directory dedicated to connecting clinical research consultants with organizations and sponsors driving innovation in clinical trials and research. Pharmalocity was created to fill a critical gap in the clinical research industry: the need for a trusted, streamlined platform where expert consultants and forward-thinking companies can connect, collaborate, and deliver with confidence. With over 25 years in the clinical research field, I've seen the challenges on both sides - from sponsors struggling to find qualified, flexible expertise, to consultants left out of opportunities simply because they weren't visible. There are many challenges when setting up as a consultant: Where do you advertise, promote your services, or how to connect with the right clients. LinkedIn felt too broad, recruitment agencies were expensive and impersonal, and personal networks can't always reach far enough. This platform exists purely to help consultants succeed and companies find the right expertise without breaking the bank.
Pharmalocity connects sponsors, biotechs, CROs, and SMOs with expert consultants across clinical and non-clinical domains, including discovery & pre-clinical, CMC, IVD/diagnostics, AI/ML & data, regulatory, medical affairs, operations, commercialisation and quality. Built by consultants, for consultants, we're not a recruitment agency - we don't charge commission or gate access. And unlike generic platforms, we reinvest revenue into promoting our community through LinkedIn campaigns, conference presence, and brand building - giving you real visibility. The platform already has a growing base of consultants and research organisations, with early revenues and encouraging engagement.
